This page explains how to request deletion of your Lokantab account and associated data. Lokantab is operated by Smaragdon Technologies OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.

Delete your account from the app

The quickest way to delete your account is in the Lokantab app:

1. Open the Lokantab app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Enter your password and select a reason.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted and you are signed out immediately.

Can’t access the app?

If you can’t sign in, email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and process the request.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete your account and your personal data from our active systems.

What we keep, and for how long

We retain a limited set of records only where necessary to protect the security of the service, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. We keep these records only for as long as the law requires, after which they are deleted.

Your subscription

Deleting your Lokantab account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. To stop future charges, also cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account settings.

How long it takes

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Requests sent by email are processed within 30 days.
